CONDITIONS OF SALE - PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

PRICES
All prices are F.O.B. Dixie Cut Stone & Marble, Inc., warehouse in Bridgeport, Michigan (unless otherwise noted).

TERMS A 50% deposit is required to begin manufacturing. Balance is due upon completion and prior to shipping. Estimated shipping dates are based on approved drawings - NOT deposit or invoice date. All orders will be accepted subject to our ability to finish, and may be revoked after acceptance due to accidents, strikes, fires, or other conditions beyond our control.

FREIGHT CHARGES
Collect or prepaid pending quotation and customer request. Additional charges will apply for advance notice, residential delivery, re-consignment, or re-delivery. These additional charges will be billed to the customer and are NOT covered in prepaid and handling charges.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Goods accepted by the carrier in good order shall be considered delivered to buyer, if merchandise is damaged, claim should be filed with the delivering carrier. The shipper's responsibility terminates upon delivery of the goods to the buyer and a reception of a clear, signed delivery ticket. Therefore, merchandise should be inspected for damage or shortage upon delivery. If damage or shortage is found:

1) Note the damage or shortage on the freight bill.
2) File a claim immediately with the carrier.


Freight lines require notification of damage within 10 days of delivery, if, for some reason, you are unable to inspect the merchandise immediately, note on the freight bill, "accepted subject to hidden or concealed damage." In no case will any adjustment be made for shortage or damage NOT reported in the specified time period.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS (SHOP DRAWINGS)
All orders will be produced as per the acknowledgement. Acknowledgements will reflect any additional charges or changes if ordered incorrectly.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS CAREFULLY. DIXIE CUT STONE & MARBLE, INC., CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS THAT WERE SPECIFIED INCORRECTLY OR ACKNOWLEDGED INCORRECTLY WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OF THE ERROR IN ADVANCE OF PRODUCTION.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
No changes or cancellations can be accepted after the order has been put into production. All cancellations are subject to a 25% charge. If it is imperative that a change be made, please check with our office to verify production status.

RETURNS
Merchandise returned without written consent will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense.

DISCOUNTS
Confirm with Dixie Cut Stone.

INSTALLATIONS
Dixie Cut Stone & Marble, Inc., cannot be held responsible for any stone work installed by others.
